Courage Library

Why We Started Courage Library Courage Library did not start as an idea on a whiteboard. It started with a real library, real students, and conversations about the problems they were facing every day. I started a physical library in Kanpur where students could come and study. During Operation Sindoor, I was at home and would go to the library every day. I spent time talking to students, understanding how they were preparing, what they struggled with, and what was missing from their preparation. Again and again, I noticed the same problems. Students were attending live classes, watching lectures, collecting notes, solving questions, and taking tests. But most of their preparation was still dependent on someone else telling them what to study and what to do next. I also noticed that students struggled to stay consistent. Mock tests were often just tests. There was not much motivation, progression, challenge, or sense of achievement that made students want to come back and improve every day. At that time, I was a second-year B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering student specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. I started thinking about a simple question. What if we could put the entire preparation process in the student's hands? What if a student did not have to depend on a teacher or mentor for every step? What if the system could understand what a student needs to learn, help them practice, assess their preparation, identify their weak areas, and guide them on what they should do next? That became the idea behind Courage Library. We are building Courage Library as an intelligent learning ecosystem for government exam aspirants. It is not just another platform providing videos, PDFs, or mock tests. Our goal is to make preparation more system-driven. A student should be able to open the platform and find their learning resources, practice, assessments, progress, and preparation journey in one place. Instead of constantly asking, "What should I study today?", the system should help answer, "What do I need to improve next?" We also want assessments to become part of a continuous learning cycle: Learn → Practice → Test → Understand weaknesses → Improve → Repeat Another important part of our vision is to make learning content reusable across different examinations. Many government exams have overlapping subjects and concepts. Students should not have to learn the same concepts again and again, and we should not have to create the same learning content repeatedly. The long-term vision is to build a technology-driven preparation ecosystem that can support students across a wide range of government examinations. From a Library to a Learning System The physical library showed us the problem. Technology gives us the opportunity to solve it at scale. In the physical library, students came to a place to study. With Courage Library, we want to put the library, preparation system, practice environment, and intelligent guidance in the student's hands, wherever they are. We are starting with government exam preparation, but the bigger idea is simple. Students should not have to depend on a complicated system to prepare well. The system should work for the student. That is what we are building with Courage Library.
