Refund & Pledge Policy

This Refund & Pledge Policy explains when pledges on are charged, refunded, or transferred to Creators.

1. Pledge authorisation

When you complete payment via Razorpay, you authorise a pledge for the selected amount. Pledges are held according to campaign outcome rules below.

2. Unsuccessful campaigns

If a campaign does not reach its funding goal by its deadline, or is cancelled before success, your pledge will be refunded to your original payment method where technically possible. Payment gateway charges already incurred may not be refundable in all cases.

3. Successful campaigns

If a campaign reaches its goal and is marked successful:

• Your pledge (minus the 5% combined fee: 2.5% PG + 2.5% platform) is transferred to the Creator;
• Refunds are generally not available except where required by law or at our discretion for fraud or severe Creator misconduct;
• Reward delivery is the Creator’s responsibility — see Pledge Terms.

4. Creator cancellation

If a Creator cancels a successful campaign or cannot fulfil rewards, we may facilitate refunds or remedies on a case-by-case basis. does not guarantee full recovery of pledged amounts in all scenarios.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension. We will provide payment records to payment partners to resolve disputes.

6. Processing time

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
