Welcome to (“we”, “us”, “Platform”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile experience, and crowdfunding services in India. By creating an account, launching a project, or making a pledge, you agree to these Terms.

1. About

is a technology-focused crowdfunding platform that connects Indian creators (“Creators”) with backers (“Backers”) who wish to support innovative hardware, software, IoT, and related tech projects. We provide the platform and payment facilitation; we are not the seller of reward products unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure.
• One person may maintain one account. You may not pledge more than once per live campaign (excluding platform seed pledges).

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us immediately at if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

4. Platform role

is an intermediary platform. We do not guarantee that any project will succeed, be delivered on time, or meet backer expectations. Creators are solely responsible for their campaigns, rewards, and fulfilment. Backers assume the risk inherent in supporting early-stage projects.

5. Fees

Successful pledges are subject to a total platform and payment processing fee of 5% (2.5% payment gateway + 2.5% platform fee), deducted before funds are transferred to the Creator. Fee details are disclosed at checkout and in our Pledge Terms.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent campaigns;
• Violate intellectual property, export control, or other applicable laws;
• Harass users, spam, or attempt to circumvent payment or pledge limits;
• Launch non-tech or prohibited categories as determined by us.

7. Intellectual property

Creators retain ownership of their project content but grant a non-exclusive licence to display campaign materials for promotion and operation of the Platform. The name, logo, and site design remain our property.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, Creator non-performance, or payment processor outages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws. We encourage users to contact support first to resolve disputes.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
