Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement applies when you launch or manage a project on .

1. Creator responsibilities

• Provide truthful, complete campaign information including risks, timelines, and reward specifications;
• Deliver rewards or offer fair remedies if your campaign succeeds;
• Respond to backer questions and post material updates;
• Comply with applicable laws (consumer protection, GST, import/export, safety standards).

2. Tech-only focus

Projects must be technology products or tools (hardware, IoT, wearables, software, AI, etc.). We may reject or remove non-qualifying campaigns.

3. Review & approval

Campaigns are reviewed before going live. Approval is at our discretion. Verified KYC (Aadhaar, PAN, electricity bill, and selfie) is required before you submit a project for review. Upon approval, may add a platform seed pledge (currently ₹1,000) to demonstrate early support.

4. Funding goals

Goals must be between ₹25,000 and ₹1,00,00,000 as configured on the Platform. Campaign duration options are limited to approved periods.

5. Fees & payouts

On successful campaigns, 5% total (2.5% PG + 2.5% platform) is deducted per pledge before payout to you. Payout timing and KYC requirements follow our payment partner rules.

6. Media

You may upload up to 4 project images and one video URL (YouTube/Vimeo). You warrant you have rights to all content uploaded.

7. Prohibited campaigns

No illegal products, weapons, hate content, medical claims without approval, pyramid schemes, or misleading AI/blockchain hype without substance.

8. Account suspension

We may suspend campaigns or withhold payouts for fraud, policy violations, or legal orders.

9. Acceptance

By submitting a campaign for review, you agree to this Creator Agreement, Terms of Service, and Community Guidelines.
