These Pledge Terms apply when you back a project on as a Backer.
A pledge is support for a Creator’s project, not a purchase of a retail product. Rewards are promises by Creators to deliver items or experiences if the campaign succeeds. Delivery risk remains with the Creator.
Each registered user may pledge once per live campaign. Duplicate pledges are blocked by the Platform.
On successful campaigns, a total fee of 5% is deducted from each pledge (2.5% payment gateway + 2.5% platform fee). You pledge the gross amount shown at checkout.
You may choose to back anonymously. Your name will be hidden from public backer lists; Creators and may still see your identity for fulfilment and legal purposes.
See our Refund & Pledge Policy. Unsuccessful campaigns are refunded; successful campaigns are generally non-refundable.
Creators may update reward descriptions before campaign end with reasonable notice. Material changes after you pledge should be communicated via project updates.
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to rewards you receive.
