PrepOra

PrepOra was born from a problem I personally experienced while preparing for my Company Secretary exams. Finding a quiet, affordable, and reliable study space was surprisingly difficult. Many small libraries had vacant seats but were not visible online, while students had no way to compare prices, facilities, or genuine reviews. PrepOra is building the Airbnb for underutilized study spaces. We help libraries, coaching institutes, schools, colleges, and other educational spaces monetize their unused seating capacity by listing them on one platform. Students can discover nearby study spaces, compare amenities, check real-time availability, read verified reviews, and book seats for a day, week, or month. Our vision goes beyond seat booking. We aim to build a complete student ecosystem by offering book rentals, stationery delivery, study resources, and partnerships that make quality education more accessible and affordable. We have already spoken with library owners and coaching institute managers who have shown interest in joining the platform, validating the demand from both students and space providers. PrepOra is currently in the validation stage, and we are building our MVP while onboarding our first partners.
