Assign. Don't Browse.
WorkTym is an AI-powered digital services marketplace that helps users get government documents, student services, graphic design, software development, editing, and other digital work completed without searching through hundreds of providers.
Instead of browsing freelancers, users simply describe what they need, upload the required documents, and WorkTym intelligently assigns the best verified service provider based on service type, expertise, location, pricing, and availability.
Our MVP
WorkTym was born from a simple observation: people waste hours searching for the right person to complete digital work.
Whether applying for government documents, filling college admission forms, editing videos, designing graphics, developing software, or completing business registrations, users often struggle to identify trustworthy professionals, compare prices, and coordinate work.
At the same time, thousands of skilled professionals, CSC centres, cyber cafés, freelancers, designers, developers, and agencies remain underutilized because customers cannot easily discover them.
WorkTym solves this by replacing endless browsing with intelligent assignment.
Users simply describe the work they need, upload the required documents, and WorkTym either assigns the task to their preferred worker using a unique Worker ID or automatically matches it with the most suitable verified professional based on service category, expertise, availability, pricing, location, and performance.
Our MVP focuses on high-demand digital services such as government document assistance, college admission forms, and student services through verified CSC and Cyber Café partners. Once this model is validated, WorkTym will expand into graphic design, software development, AI services, digital marketing, accounting, business services, and every other digital service.
Our long-term vision is to become India's Digital Service Operating System, making professional digital services as simple as ordering a ride or food.

Risks & challenges
Current challenges include building initial supply and demand simultaneously, onboarding high-quality verified service providers, establishing user trust, ensuring consistent service quality, and validating unit economics during the pilot phase. As an early-stage startup, funding, hiring, and rapid execution remain key priorities while scaling the platform responsibly.
